The model is the easy part.
Every AI demo works. It works because the demo runs against
sample data in a sandbox where nothing is permissioned and
nothing is real. The gap between that and something your
controller uses on a Tuesday is not the model. It's the
plumbing.
That gap is where we work. We are an MSP that also writes
software, which is an unusual combination and the entire reason
we can do this. We know your identity provider, your data, and
your security posture, because we already run them.
When the connector isn't enough, we build one.
Most major platforms now ship some kind of AI connector. A few
are genuinely good. Plenty of them do about sixty percent of
what you need and then stop, usually right before the part you
cared about. We have hit that wall on live projects and built
past it rather than telling the client it couldn't be done.
When a vendor's connector is too limited, we write a custom one
that does the job. When no connector exists, we build it against
the platform's API. We have done this for NetSuite, Salesforce,
Box, Paylocity, Google Workspace, and custom services running in
Azure.
What you get is AI that can reach your real business data and
act on it, instead of whatever narrow slice a vendor decided to
expose this quarter.
Not everything useful has a chat window.
Some of the highest-value automation we've built never talks to
anyone. It runs on a schedule, watches something nobody has time
to watch, and sends one email to the right person when it
matters.
For clients in regulated industries, we've built monitoring
services that track public data sources and deliver a scheduled
report the moment something relevant appears, so it stops being
somebody's job to remember. We've built webhook receivers that
catch events out of HR and payroll platforms and drive the
downstream work automatically. We've built cross-tenant
automation that handles routine administrative work with nobody
clicking a button.
The common thread is boring yet important: find the recurring
manual task, and automate it.
It runs in your tenant, not ours.
When we build an integration for you, it runs in your cloud,
under your identity, with its credentials in your key vault. It
authenticates with a managed identity, so there are no secrets
sitting in code and no shared password that half a support team
knows.
Buying licenses is not a rollout.
The hardest part of AI at a small company is rarely technical.
A third of your staff is already using it, a third is
indifferent, and a third is quietly convinced it's aimed at
their job. Handing that group a login accomplishes nothing.
We handle the unglamorous half: governance and permissions so
the tool can only see what it should, sane defaults, and
training aimed at the specific work your team does rather than a
generic course. We also tell you when AI is the wrong solution
for a specific problem, which is more often than the market
currently admits.
We ran it on ourselves first.
We didn't add this to the services list because it tested well.
We built it for our own company because we needed it. Our
technicians work through an AI triage assistant we wrote. Our
monthly billing reconciliation runs against connectors we built
into our own ticketing, tenant management, and network
platforms.
That tooling isn't for sale, and it isn't the point. The point
is that we had to solve these problems for a real business with
real security requirements before we ever offered to solve them
for yours.
