SMS Terms.
Terms and conditions for text messaging with Technigogo, including how to opt in, get help, and unsubscribe.
Effective July 14, 2026
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages between you and Technigogo Technology Services, LLC ("Technigogo"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Technigogo uses text messaging to provide customer care to its clients and their authorized staff. Most messaging is initiated by you when you text our business number to request IT support, and we reply conversationally to assist. If you opt in, we may also send you support updates such as ticket status changes, appointment and onsite visit confirmations, and troubleshooting follow-ups.
How to opt in
You can opt in to receive support updates in any of these ways:
- Text our business number, (512) 940-0449, to start a support conversation.
- Check the SMS consent box on our contact form.
- Text a keyword such as JOIN, START, or YES to (512) 940-0449.
- Provide your mobile number and verbal or written consent to a Technigogo representative during onboarding or a support interaction.
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message: "You are subscribed to Technigogo support updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your support activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Technigogo does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (512) 940-0449 or info@technigogo.com.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. You can resubscribe at any time by replying START.
